The spacious 3-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor. Upon entering you have a beautiful sea view from the large covered private terrace with lounge chairs. The spacious living room has a smart TV, air conditioning, open kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, dining table and sitting area with large sliding doors to the terrace. The master bedroom has a sea view with access to the terrace, air-conditioning and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and double sink. The other two bedrooms are also located on the first floor with large sliding doors to a private terrace overlooking the garden, air conditioning and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with toilet, double sink and shower.
